The main emphasis on our ranch is to produce high quality buffalo meat.  Our bulls are raised on the open range for the first 1 1/2 years, then finished with a natural diet of whole corn, sunflower pellets and grass hay.  This is an all natural diet with no added growth hormones, stimulants or antibiotics.  Our bulls are harvested and processed at the prime age of 24-30 months, weighing approximately 1,100 pounds.
